Our culinary events in southern Alsace

To lift your spirits, our restaurant La Cave organises various events focused on wine and food, all year long:

  • Cooking classes: Become a Chef in the span of one afternoon! Gather in La Cave’s kitchen in small groups (6 people max). Guided by our Chef, you’ll learn how to fillet a fish, make a terrine, work with vegetables…Set the table and invite your friends to come taste your creations! Each month centres on a specific theme (except in the summer).
  • Wine tasting: On (or near) the 20th of the month! Each month, meet with a wine grower in the hotel courtyard and taste the products on offer. Gain new insights in a festive atmosphere, complete with food and music.
  • “Food & Wine Pairing” Menus: 6 times a year La Cave creates a specific menu for developing flavour pairings between exceptional wines and dishes created by our Chef. Discover surprising combinations, such as lobster accompanied by Gewurztraminer.
  • Throughout the year, be on the lookout for our seasonal menus and events. Numerous themes will be highlighted: game, mushrooms, asparagus, oysters, lamb, foie gras…
