Cooking classes

Our cooking class in Saint-Louis

Once a month, our Chef invites you into his kitchen for a fun, practical course based on a specific theme.

Learn to cook fish, meat, vegetables, or make delectable pastries! Learn from the Chef’s tips and tricks during an afternoon, in a small group setting (up to 6 participants).

All necessary equipment is provided by La Cave: aprons, chef’s hats, knives…

Schedule:

  • 3 pm until 6 pm: prepare dishes and work with the Chef
  • 6 pm until 6:30 pm: aperitif
  • 6:30 pm until 7 pm: set the table
  • 7 pm until 9 pm: dine with your invited guests

Practical information:

  • The classes are led by Frédéric Morisset, in French (English is possible).
  • From 55 to 105 € incl. VAT per class / person. The guests pay for the menu based on the dishes that have been cooked.
