The La Cave restaurant offers “made-from-scratch” bistro fare: savour scrumptious dishes made from fresh, seasonal ingredients. On the menu, discover stunning combinations of flavours and colours to awaken your taste buds, all accompanied by fine wines.
We pay particular attention to food and wine pairings and, because of this, we propose a wine list specially developed by Fabrice Renner, a cellarman from the Monde du Vin in Saint-Louis. Our list includes bottles from across France and abroad, as well as Rum, Cognac, Armagnac… In short, a vast selection of spirits.
